Thursday 1 December 2016
12.15pm – I did not follow yesterday whether parliament voted for or against Blair. Does it matter?
The whole truth of the matter will never be known, and whereas Saddam Hussein paid with his life, the Blair’s and Bush’s of this world live in splendid circumstances, and those like me are in jail, because we dared to challenge our instructions, and then live to tell the real story. Well I gave a press conference in Rome and gave details of all the firms in the UK/US and Europe who was selling arms to Iraq; the only real questions asked of me, involved my part. Well I have many more documents and all will come out in due course. Will anyone actually care? No, and no more than the homicide of the Battle of the Somme, Passchendaele, and the carnage of the First World War. Yet, funny as it seems more people died of Spanish flue than in the First World War. Today no one gives a damn about yesterday because they need to plan for tomorrow!!!! Weather wise – not bad. Sunny day but cold outside not that I will go outside but cold anyway.
Friday 2 December 2016
12.28pm – It does seem that the story I wrote about the other day – the Italian businessman who had cars confiscated – raised £44 million. Who was the businessman? Anyone who knows, drop me a note!!!
05.43pm – How I know it’s Christmas time, because I am beginning to receive cards galore from prisoners throughout the UK. Today has been one of those, what I call non-entity days with the highlights being that I went for a drugs test. It’s the second I have had in 3 years and 9 months, or 1342 days of totally wrongful imprisonment using fabricated evidence, and, with police officers serving on my jury. I knew all along but I chose to go along with it, because, as I say, one day – and soon – someone is going to get into a lot of trouble for what they did, and how they did it. In the meantime, I comply with all that is requested of me and any issues I take up after I have complied. It’s the best approach in life. It’s the only real way ahead in these places. Any other way is hard work and no rewards. Caroline sent me the story I did on Rufus but I have not received it still - must be the blasted post.
05.51pm – Eagerly await the results of the Italian Referendum on Sunday. There will be much work to be done.
Saturday 3 December 2016
12.50am – As you can see, finally, the Ministry of Justice have admitted they have made a mistake in the repatriation of prisoners. Many want to go back and serve their sentences in their own country, but to secure their own jobs at the Ministry of Justice the officials find one way or another of ‘holding up’ transfers and, many times, the officials simply mislead the Minister of Justice. You would not believe the lengths certain officials of the cross border section have gone to simply ensure repatriations do not take place. Oh well let’s hope thing change because the new Minister Sam Gyimah MP is no fool and, takes no rubbish from the officials.
12.57pm – You know tomorrows referendum in Italy is actually a waste of time, because there are by far more important issues at stake than constitutional reform. Why does the current Italian Government not ask the questions: ‘Do you want Italy to continue as a Republic or return to the Monarchy?’ That is what I will be pressing for using Art 50 of the Italian Constitution- the right for a citizen to petition parliament.
Sunday 4 December 2016
01.00pm – The voting has started in Italy, but I figure there will be no result until tomorrow, or very late tonight. I do note that much of the English press is very supportive of a European Union that fails, because it kind of justifies their decisions to leave. I believe that ideology is wholly misconceived and wrong. Worry about your own business, as to the business of others let them deal with it. I deplore the British media that wishes ill on Europe. No European Country wishes ill of the United Kingdom. They have made the decision and good luck for the future. It’s a great pity that the UK is not following suit. All else is OK here. At the end of the day all people want is to get by and lead modest lives. The politician who provides and delivers that will be easily elected.
Monday 5 December 2016
01.12pm – As expected the Italian Referendum has gone to the NO. That means the Prime Minister will resign, and a technocrat Government will assume control. Beppe Grillo cannot, of course, become Prime Minister because he has a criminal conviction for manslaughter. Imagine a homicidal comic leading a main Italian political party!!!
It’s like Mr. Bean becoming UK Prime Minister – well, having said that, not so bad an idea because at least Mr. Bean makes decisions right or wrong he decides. Many people are saying Theresa May is like Margaret Thatcher. Well I had the pleasure of meeting and having lunch with Mrs. Thatcher but not Theresa May, and I do not think Theresa May is anything like Mrs. Thatcher.
01.17pm – Now see the murder case going on in Wales? The defendant has top QCs not legal aid lawyers. What’s the betting he may just get a result and get diminished responsibility?
Tuesday 6 December 2016
10.12am – The news report above with the statement from Sam Gyimah hopefully is accurate, but from the inside we see little to no signs of the ’top priority’ policy, because so many are seeking to return to their home countries and no signs of any real movement.
I also see that Jiri Mizer has been given an extra jail sentence which is actually quite harsh, because he was acquitted of more serious allegations. He too is on the repatriation list but no sign of any movement. In Italy, I see that President Mattarella has asked Renzi to stay until Friday, at least. Well, that gives some time for things to get organized. I do believe Italy will be a great leaving economy once politics is taken out of the political arena in the governing of the country.
Wednesday 7 December 2016
07.38am – One of the reasons I am totally against guns is that each weapon requires an enemy and so by manufacturing any weapon automatically creates an enemy. Look at the news report from the usually crime free Finland.
A random shooting, Finland has a population of nearly six million, 10% plus are registered gun owners. That means a further 10% plus as potential enemies. If a gun has six bullets then each bullet has an enemy target. That means that it takes only 10% of the population, owning a gun with six bullets, to create the remaining 90% of the population as an enemy. Thus random shootings and as you see even Lapland is not immune.
What is the solution? All weapons to be destroyed, no more manufacture of any kind of weapon but then that creates unemployment and the US lost their ‘world police’ title. That will not happen but one day – not in my lifetime – someone will wake up and ask why we need guns!!!!!
Thursday 8 December 2016
07.34am – Well, I am sorry but putting a 101 year old man on trial for any offence, other than murder or crimes, against humanity is deeply offensive to justice. Worse, to place him on trial for historic offences dating back to 1974, upon which a jury either believes the complainant or the 101 year old man – is further totally absurd. This is where Jeremy Wright QC MP, the Attorney General, should intervene and issue a ‘nolle prosequi’ meaning ‘do not proceed’ an effective stay on the proceedings. Sorry but any society putting a 101 year old man on such a trial needs to examine its own conscience.
12.34pm – The news report on solicitor Tony Dart is explained more in depth from the Daily Telegraph. What the hell was Tony thinking of negotiating the bill of £250 for so called ‘services’ with a porn star? She was vulnerable about being a porn star and he should never have tried it on. However, does that really warrant being struck off, after thirty years of practice? Lawyers steal money on a regular basis and eff all happens to them. This is just absurd especially as there are no criminal charges, totally over the top punishment.
07.39am – Amusing, if not for the tragic circumstances the solicitor Antony Dart who ‘watched porn’ with a vulnerable client. In my own view all clients are vulnerable, because all clients see the lawyer as their solution, to whatever problem they have. The art is not to believe that yourself but it’s not easy. Tony Dart was silly to do what he did, but should he have been struck off is another matter.
Friday 9 December 2016
Saturday 10 December 2016
07.19am – Look at what Charles Moore says about the alleged ‘abuse’ in football from forty years ago plus, and only now reported. Thank God that I am not alone in my views. The UK really needs a statue of limitations for all crimes save for murder and crimes against humanity. It is so hard to defend historical allegations, because there is no scientific evidence available, either way, so it is down to who can advance the best story. Remember that when presenting to a jury a case it is all about a visual. You have to produce a film to the jury and not many can do it.
05.35pm – Yesterday I was convinced to go and play football and I went. The result? At the age of 61 I scored seven goals, plus one penalty, and one of the goals was from a kick from our goalkeeper on my chest near the goal and in – gooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday 11 December 2016
02.17pm – Sooner or later all the ‘abuse’ charities that are created, out of historic allegations, come down to one factor – money. It’s not just about protecting the future ‘abused’ but about also compensation. How can anyone put a value on physical emotional or sexual abuse? It is in itself an abuse just trying to quantify it in money terms, that is why I am for a statue of limitations because as things are only lawyers will benefit from a tragedy.
Yours is the earthMonday 12 December 2016
And everything that is in it,
And – which is more,
You will be a man –
And everything that is in it,
And – which is more,
You will be a man –
Tuesday 13 December 2016
12.53pm – When I saw the news article about Eurovision I reminded myself that this was my effing idea in 2010, and it was shot down. Further, in 1999, and again later when I became director for Dundee F.C. I put to the Scottish F.A. that why not have the public phone in to pick the Scotland team and a manager who just manages. You can laugh, but up until Ramsey was England Manager the team was picked by the F.A. not the manager. Alf Ramsey changed that so why can’t the public phone (premium line of course) and pick each player, and the manager just manages? Think of all the money that would be made and if the team screws up then it’s the fault of the public not the manager. Just think how many would love to have a say in who plays. Think of the money made to help football per se!!!! I hope someone will listen and do it because it is the best way forward. Why not do it at the club level? It just takes one club to give it a go and all will follow.
Wednesday 14 December 2016
10.18am – I bet the name Andre John-Saxon means nothing to anyone reading this. Well, if possible, have a look via the website of the Guardian, 27 February 1999 and The Independent, 20 March 1999. For what he did, or alleged to have done, and attempting to obtain £10 million from the lottery commission and ‘posing’ as a barrister and acting in over 200 cases, he received thirty months in jail and no confiscation proceedings. Many of his clients told the police he was the ‘best barrister they had ever come across.’ Now in the late 90s if you were a black defendant, regardless of charge, the unwritten rule to the judiciary was either the ’highest sentence or the lowest, and never the twain shall meet.’ Nothing has changed.
10.26am – About the status of Italian banks I still say that I find it incredible how a bank can lose billions when they are supposed to be the pillar of safety. It’s about time that penal sanctions must be applied immediately and perhaps even nationalized. No excuses for banks failing. They are not gambling houses.
Thursday 15 December 2016
12.15pm – the news report about Sgt Blackman is how the criminal justice system treats an appellant if (a) you have money or (b) you have media support. I mean look at Alexander Blackmans case: - who in the UK today gives a hoot about dead Iraqi citizens in the so called Gulf War no one!! The British Government decided to attack and – go to war with Iraq despite Iraq posing no threat at all to the UK. So once there and its war who cares who gets killed? I repeat no one! So why should Blackman who killed a person in cold blood be in jail? Many people here on my unit – 56 people serving life for murder, all suffer from one illness or another – one with Stockholm syndrome even. However, their convictions are not under dispute. So what is so different about Blackman? Well he did it in a time of war and if he stands convicted, then why not put the man who ordered him there to be put on trial – Tony Blair???? Why??? Because first Blair’s brother William Blair is a High Court Judge since 2008 (not many know that) and second there is no appetite for justice in the UK anymore – unless you kill at a time of war.
Friday 16 December 2016
07.44am – What a difference a day makes. See how the Daily Mail gets it wrong, and how quick William Blair using the full power of his office can get a concession made. That appointment was kept very quiet, media wise, but then there were steps taken to prosecute his brother in the High Court where, of course, William sits. I am not saying that William is anything like his brother but then not much is really known about him. One thing is for certain; today when Sergeant Blackman is up for bail on a murder charge, Tony Blair should be in the dock on a joint enterprise charge, for the murder of hundreds and thousands of civilians and British Military.
04.26pm – The bail application of the soldier Alexander Blackman has been ‘delayed’ until next Wednesday. Why no one really knows but there is a possibility of his release but I imagine it may be hard, because a sentence for manslaughter in the alternative would be more than what he has served already.
17 December 2016
09.03am – It is my son Milan’s birthday today. I hope I will be able to call him at least. Staff shortages have made it that, even here, there is perpetual ‘lock down’ but you know what – who gives a damn? As no one cares why should I?
09.05am – Nice to see that Paolo Gentiloni is the new Italian Prime Minister. I hope it lasts a while, but frankly I doubt it. Only time will tell. You know I was thinking last night about what has now become for me ‘political detention.’ Finally, I have the proof that my detention has become political and, in due course, I will take action. But I was thinking about Nelson Mandela and I did get a chance to meet him. You know what he told me about being patient in prison? It took over four years for him to get the rule that he and his fellow inmates (but one) wear long trousers. They had been given short trousers thus treating them as children. Slowly he used his brain and skills to ensure the chief of the prison changed the rule and issued long trousers to all. You see it’s all about timing. Watch this space!!!!!
09.11am – Great line in Coronation Street:- ‘the quickest way to get over a man is to get under another.’ What an advice eh?
09.11am – Great line in Coronation Street:- ‘the quickest way to get over a man is to get under another.’ What an advice eh?
Sunday 18 December 2016
12.15pm – The reason I have included the news article on Keith Bennett is that Ian Brady is terminally ill, but then he has been terminally ill since I started to represent him in 2010. Let me say I acted for him on his right to die because I believe he should die – should have been executed when he was convicted. However, Brady as I know firsthand and repeat is unable to help with the location of where that boy was buried, because although he definitely murdered the boy he did not bury him. That was done by Smith who frankly should have been jailed along with Brady and Hindley. That is why Brady as much as he would help to locate the body for all these years is simply not able, as opposed to not willing. You see the police can never accept that Smith buried Keith Bennett because that would leave open to further criticism as to why Smith was allowed to be the witness for the prosecution and immune from prosecution. His role was more than he made out. That is why Brady has not been able to locate the body. But regardless, Brady deserves to die for what he did.
Monday 19 December 2016
12.42pm – It was nice to see that rewards are being given to help catch cold hearted killers. It is though a pity that money has to be offered to ‘assist’ people’s memory, and to do their public duty, which leads me back to the Janice Weston murder as yet unsolved. Why do Charles Russell Solicitors – top of the range multi millionaire lawyer firm not offer a reward? I invite Charles Russell solicitors to offer a £100,000 reward to anyone who offers information leading to conviction.
12.46pm – I see that the police chief jailed last month has ‘died’ in jail. That was kept very quiet and even The Times only dedicates a few lines. I guess the victims feel cheated, because at the end of the day all victims want the attackers to suffer as much as possible and death prevents suffering.
12.48pm – The 101 year old man convicted was today jailed for 13 years. Sorry but that is really absurd and totally bizarre. Thank fuck the UK are out of Europe.
Tuesday 20 December 2016
08.44pm – What a busy bee I have been today. I can truly say that I have used my time here not simply passed time. You see it’s a little like whether you chew your food or swallow it!!!! I prefer to chew food even when I am hungry which is rare. The last few weeks my health has not been so up to scratch. I do my best and don’t whine and winge like most here. I just get on with whatever I am faced with and never allow things to get me too much down.
09.58pm – You may well have heard that Zza Zza Gabor died yesterday. I knew her, and danced with her at the Ambassadors Ball in 1989. She made me laugh and introduced me to Ricardo Montalban. It was a great evening and I was mesmerized – I mean me, dancing in Beverly Hills with a big film star and in the presence of Ronald Regan and his wife Nancy!!! Great times.
11.40am – Today I sat quietly and watched ‘Goodbye Mr. Chips’ with Martin Clunes as Chips. It has been a favorite of mine for some years. In fact, when I was young, when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up (do men ever grow up?) I would reply ‘a master at an English Public school.’ That was before I even read ‘Goodbye Mr. Chips’ which was set at the Perse School Cambridge. Oh well I guess I should start to grow up to realise what I wanted to do in life.
10.01pm – Why did I include the news article about a man with a bionic penis???? Because it made me laugh so much. Whatever next?
Wednesday 21 December 2016
11.43pm – Rolf Harris will be tried via video link. That is only allowed because he is in custody already. It is a vindictive charge and totally not necessary. How he can get a fair trial is beyond me, but that is England for you. But Rolf has an escape clause from all of this – he is Australian not British.
Thursday 22 December 2016
07.45am – The news article above is what this country has become – unjust. How the hell can one justify a 45 year sentence for someone who just uses words to threaten? Thanks heavens that some member of the criminal bar thinks like me, and are affronted by the stupidity of it all. As for Judge Michael Heath – well I will reserve my comments because it’s Christmas. Absurd!!!!
08.06pm – The weather today has been quite pleasant – warm sun but somehow quite cold. Today the prison officers refused the deal the Ministry of Justice offered so it will be a difficult time ahead, because although they are not allowed to strike, they can ‘go slow.’ Oh well welcome aboard the HMP Slowcoach. Tomorrow it’s the birthday of my son Antony and grandson Dylan. I will try and call but the situation is a little complex shall we say. Still a big ‘Happy birthday’ to them and I always hope for the best.
Friday 23 December 2016
12.43pm – There is nothing worse in my mind than living to 108!!! I would gladly do it if I was assured that I maintained the body of someone half the age, but I sure as hell don’t want to be a burden on anyone. I have already said that, if ever I went into a coma or terminally ill, I would want to end it, because the thought of being a burden on my family is a no go area. It’s why I don’t have visits. This is my problem, and I have to resolve it on my own. I accept help from a distance but I won’t take help from anyone if that help means they themselves are prejudiced in my way.
12.47pm - Happy birthday to my son Anthony I do not ever hear from them they are always in my heart.
Saturday 24 December 2016
03.09pm – I have to say I never expected to be still in the UK, so I think that for next year I had better toughen myself up and begin taking some form of legal action to speed things along. Now I was looking at the news article below.
I mean, honestly, why is public money being spent on such stupid research? when there are so many illnesses still to be researched. I just find all these type of research projects actually futile. Who the hell cares how many lovers a partner has had? Surely what is important not to be the first lover but the last!!!! That is what I think, and always remember that asking too many questions has contra-productive effects. So I hope that the Research Council will allocate research money only to valid projects and those that can actually help mankind. All other stuff, interesting as it may be, is totally futile.
Sunday 25 December 2016
08.18am – Merry Xmas to all those that read my missives, in fact Merry Xmas to all, and I hope that somewhere we can all find the peace and tranquility we search and desire. This is my fourth Xmas as a political detainee – yes I was ‘convicted’ in a criminal court, but the whole process was 100% politically motivated and delivered. Never mind because from 2017 those responsible will all be subject to my good wishes and blessings. You see, if you wish people ill it’s not right. I have no ill will or bad feelings in me. I can only wish people well, and allow fate, and destiny, to take its course. We are all geared and on this world with a mission that is pre-scripted. Almost like actors. Shakespeare was right that the whole ‘world is a stage’ and each has a part. However, you only realise that when you get to the last third of your life, unless the part you have been given is one that cuts your life early. Now see the small news story about the boy who vanished in 1986.
Why don’t Cambridgeshire police re-open the Weston case? It’s a mystery really that one.
As for George Galloway’s lawyer…..well let’s see what he gets in January but I doubt it will be as mine, because he is English even with a Pakistani name. Merry Xmas all.
Monday Boxing Day 26 December 2016
12.43pm – I totally agree with Cliff Richards regarding real ‘pop stars’ not being able to release new material. I mean, is it possible that a prolific song writer such as Elton John has not written any new songs in the last ten years? Will there ever be songs written today that can last almost a hundred years like ‘Over the Rainbow’ or be as long as ‘My Way.’ The only song I know(ish) of what I call recent music is ‘Let it Go.’ Boy, I wish that I really could let go of the past but it’s almost impossible. You see when you have had a steak, and you are not hungry, you will turn your nose at a hamburger! That is how I feel about music of the 1950s – 1970s and it kind of stops there. Of course life moves on and we must progress but is it progress? Do you know why ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ is the top show on TV? Because it has not changed its format for the past fifteen years!!! And providing it does not, it will continue to lead. I remember Dec of the Bachelors’ saying to me once to ‘get with it, get modern.’ It’s probably the only advice I have not taken from him who is a great man, a great singer with his brother Con, and a fantastic music producer. By the way Merry Xmas Dec and Con, - you are great stars and good friends.
Tuesday 27 December 2016
11.54am – Today is a bank holiday because Xmas fell on a Sunday. Any old excuse for people not to work. Well, it has not stopped me working. Old habits die hard.
11.56am – See the news report above, I wonder if I am on the list. Maybe someone can find out if they themselves are on the list. These so called lists have an aura of the Nazi period. More interesting have you noticed who wrote the article? Tess de la More – I wonder if she is any relation to the poet Walter de la More? I know there is a lawyer called De La More and he is a relation of the poet, I just wonder if Tess is a relation.
12.12pm – As all will know George Michael died yesterday at the tender age of 53. He was a good singer and did – write some great songs. The BBC said his music will last forever. I’m not so sure that forever bit – I mean how long is forever? Will it still be played say in 4,000???? Or 7,810?? When people say forever, or a ‘lifetime,’ it usually means between 20 – 50 years. Then again in due course anything that is old will be worth more – good because I’m old too…..!!!!!
Wednesday 28 December 2016
12.39pm – The first ‘working’ day (shall we say) after Xmas. The problem is, that so many have decided to make a break so that in essence they won’t be back to ‘work’ until 9 January 2017 and High Court Judges not back to Court until 12 January, which is a Thursday, meaning they will find some excuse not to go back to Court until 16 January. This government needs to put the judiciary in check – not in the judgments but in actual work hours because, although some ‘work’ is carried out of their homes, the actual court hours are truly pathetic!!! Who works from 10.30am- 13.00pm and 14.00 – 16.00pm? Meaning 4 ½ hours actual work, four days a week because one day is called reading day, and they don’t sit in Court. Oh well, as I say thank eff that the UK is out of Europe – good riddance.
12.44pm – See above, that is what I spend per week – no sweets, chocolates or any type of luxury, just small money that I earn to be able to call my family. Still, I get by and do the best I possibly can under the circumstances and make the most out of little.
Thursday 29 December 2016
TEN YEARS SINCE MY FATHER WAS TAKEN FROM ME
It has not been forgotten or forgiven.
Friday 30 December 2016
08.02am – Soon it will be 2017 and the sooner the better so at least these prolonged holidays are over. Now take a look at the useless research has found about having sex twice a week.
All I can say is chance would be a fine thing. I mean it’s totally absurd and useless piece of research coming to no conclusion. Below from Raghad Hussein a commendable statement.
I know Raghad very well and, she is a good person, and I truly hope that one day she will become President of Iraq, although, King Hussein of Jordan, has been a tower of strength and great host. Thanks be to God that the King of Jordan had the courage to host the families of the ex Iraqi regime. I wish Raghad and her family well, and all the best for the future including her son called Saddam. I won’t forget her kindness shown to me – both our fathers died same day in 2006.
New Years Eve Saturday 31 December 2016
07.42pm – Well soon this year will end and we embark on a new beginning. For some of us we have to start the New Year facing some quite difficult decisions. We will make them and move forward – at least I will. For poor John Palmer I do feel for his family because deep down he was a great man.
Never mind the bollocks the police spin John Palmer was OK. He was a man who had problems reading and writing, and still had a business in the millions. Was he a fraudster? No way! OK I know that sounds the type of comment I would make but he just was negligent but no fraudster. He let success get to him and delegated to the wrong people and was surrounded by the wrong sort. The Russians hated it when I went to Tenerife because they sure as hell could not intimidate me. Whoever killed John Palmer was a fool and if it was over money a bigger fool. Murder is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
